Are you an experienced Build to Rent Leasing / Lettings professional?

Key Accountabilities:

Business Development and Marketing

  • Assist sites' periodic market surveys and have thorough understanding of competition and current market conditions.
  • Alongside the Operations Team, take responsibility in supporting the development and adaptation of plans to successfully meet business objectives.
  • Flexible and adaptable to role requirements depending on business and service need.
  • Assess existing processes and provide suggestions for any improvements.

Letting & Administrative

  • Assist in viewings for prospective tenants and ensure the lettings strategy is followed.
  • Understanding the processes of resident applications, tenancy renewals and terminations and following them in practice.
  • Assist the site teams in efficient referencing procedures if additional support is required, especially in peak season or during lease up.
  • Assist in negotiate tenancy renewals in conjunction with established targets.
  • Understand arrears process and assist rents are collected and deposited registered on a timely basis;
  • Utilise property management software to record transactions and run various operating reports.

Customer Service:

  • Communicate effectively and courteously, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with residents and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs.
  • Foster an environment to encourage continuous staff development and a strong customer service attitude.
  • Assist with complaints handling in a timely manner.
  • Take accountability and support the Operations Team in the development and adaptation of plans to successfully deliver against operational KPIs, company OKRs, occupancy, health and safety, customer satisfaction and asset management.
