We have an exciting new opportunity for a Lettings Administrator.
Job Description
- Assisting the wider lettings team in their day-to-day admin
- Preparing, updating and printing property lists
- Preparing property details
- Arranging for photographs to be taken of properties, liaising between client and photographer, or booking out of keys
- Changing window display
- Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas & electrical safety certificates due - Monthly
- Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents
- Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines and property lists at all times
