Role Purpose: As a Lettings Administrator, you play a crucial role in the successful leasing of residential units in my clients Wembley development, which comprises of flats and common spaces. The successful applicant will be someone with strong administration and organisational skills, excellent time management, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Letting & Administrative:
- Assist the Letting Manager in direct lettings negotiations.
- Contribute to achieving weekly/monthly leasing targets and full occupancy.
- Efficiently process leasing applications.
- Manage lettings inquiries via phone/email, register applicants, and schedule viewings.
- Maintain electronic data, update client files, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
- Conduct reference checks and keep customers informed of progress.
- Prepare necessary documents for new tenancies and register security deposits.
- Present our product in the best possible light.
- Embrace the core brand values and culture.
- Assist in marketing, PR campaigns, and events.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local marketplace.
- Assist with property viewings.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively and courteously with applicants, residents, and colleagues.
- Address customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Promote a neighbourly and community atmosphere in collaboration with the Operations Team.
- Strive to deliver high customer service.
