Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Lettings Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks related to property rentals, providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing property databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Coordinating viewings and arranging appointments with prospective tenants
  • Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
  • Handling tenant and landlord enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Managing the renewal and termination of tenancies
  • Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance and repair works
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
  • Assisting with any other tasks related to property rentals as required

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in property rentals or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation related to property rentals
