Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a Lettings Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks related to property rentals, providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Managing property databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Coordinating viewings and arranging appointments with prospective tenants
- Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Managing the renewal and termination of tenancies
- Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
- Assisting with any other tasks related to property rentals as required
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property rentals or a related field is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation related to property rentals
