Lettings Administrator: FT role

Are you a switched - on lettings administrator, looking to work for a huge name in the build to rent sector? We all know how busy the world of rentals is, especially in central London - this may be the role to change your exposure and level up your career!

Our client is a leading property company specialising in rentals. Offering a straight-talking, no-nonsense approach, they take pride in their market knowledge, interior design service, and smooth facilitation of placing the perfect apartment with the perfect client. Owned and managed by a Canadian real estate investment management business with over 40 years in the industry, our client is one of the most respected real estate companies.

What you will do as a letting's administrator in their team:

Our client's team is fun and dynamic, and they have an amazing culture in their business. As a crucial person in the business within the lettings team, you will do:

  • A variety of tasks - no two day will be the same!
  • Maintenance reports, tenancy queries, renewals, negotiations, deal with customer complaints, etc.
  • FOH duties - ensuring reception is looking neat and tidy and ensuring the building is a comfortable, 'at - home' place for the residents.

What our client is offering:

  • Up to £29,000, plus a discretionary bonus
  • Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (which you will split between the team)
  • Shift patterns 8AM-8PM
  • A fun, amazing insight into the busy Build to Rent sector of the property industry!
