Our client is a leading property management company specialising in high-quality residential properties in Manchester City Centre. Role: Lettings Administrator
Location: Manchester City Centre
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days a week)
Days: Flexible (with potential requirement on the first and last day of the month)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,500

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of property lettings and management.
  • Handling enquiries from potential tenants, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinating property viewings and liaising with both tenants and landlords.
  • Preparing and processing tenancy agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conducting reference checks and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Managing property listings on various platforms and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing any queries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings administration or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, able to work effectively within a team.
  • Understanding of property management processes and regulations (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive and professional demeanor with a strong customer-focused approach.
