Lettings Administrator - Shoreditch

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: £28k-£35k depending on experience (Full time pro rata)

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri (3 days a week)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Lettings Administrator. You will be responsible for managing the administration of our lettings department, ensuring that all paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing tenancy applications
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in paperwork
  • Conducting referencing checks and credit checks
  • Coordinating and booking property viewings
  • Managing rental payments and deposit schemes
  • Dealing with enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest lettings legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience using Reapit software
  • Proven track record in lettings administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations
