Job description

Are you an experienced lettings professional?

Are you experienced in Customer Service but want to take your first step into property?

If so this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities:

Dual-purpose role supporting Resident Service Managers (RSMs) and handling Enquiries & Renewals calls

Based in Bedford, with travel to sites in Stevenage and Bracknell as required

Attend build to rent schemes in Bedford, Stevenage & Bracknell to manage lettings and resident services, including:

Conduct viewings and negotiate reservations with prospective residents

Manage move-ins and move-outs, including inventory reports, key management, right to rent checks

Coordinate necessary apartment turnaround works, including cleans and maintenance

Provide other support on-site, including answering resident questions and conducting building checks

Handle and respond to Enquiries & Renewals calls, emails and Whatsapps for all build to rent schemes

Answer inbound calls and emails promptly, providing and obtaining relevant information

Qualify prospects, book viewings, and coordinate with RSMs at each site

Negotiate reservations, perform necessary checks, process ASTs

Update CRM system with all required information

The successful individual will be a proactive problem-solver who takes responsibility for delivering

Comfortable with using online systems for property management, CRM and accounting

Previous experience in residential property management (PRS / BTR / PBSA) or hospitality sectors would be desirable and experience in sales or lettings would be advantageous
