Looking for a change and have experience in Client Accounts? An exciting opportunity has become available with a growing business in which you can work closely with the senior leadership team! What you'll be doing
- Daily reconciliation of Client Accounts for 3 Legal Entities
- Provide month end Client Account reconciliation to external accountants
- with explanation of discrepancies
- Review, authorise and pay supplier invoices on behalf of landlords
- Daily rent payment run to landlords
- Process invoice payments for the business and liaise with external
- accountants
- Assist Lettings and Property Management teams with all finance queries
- Assist in maintaining accuracy of data in Lettings system Reapit
- Support to implement and manage Pleo
- Monitor and chase tenancies with rent arrears
- Provide Agency fees analysis for salaries and monthly management
- reporting
- Prepare Quarterly and Annual Non-Resident Landlord returns to HMRC
- Respond to Landlord and Supplier queries
- Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with internal colleagues and external and customers
- Any other duties that may be required
What you'll bring

- Client Accounting experience essential
- Reapit experience preferred
- Good communication
