Job description

Looking for a change and have experience in Client Accounts? An exciting opportunity has become available with a growing business in which you can work closely with the senior leadership team! We are working with an estate agency that has very impressive staff retention rates and demonstrates a fantastic working environment and cultural values.

What you'll be doing

  • Daily reconciliation of Client Accounts for 3 Legal Entities
  • Provide month end Client Account reconciliation to external accountants
  • with explanation of discrepancies
  • Review, authorise and pay supplier invoices on behalf of landlords
  • Daily rent payment run to landlords
  • Process invoice payments for the business and liaise with external
  • accountants
  • Assist Lettings and Property Management teams with all finance queries
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy of data in Lettings system Reapit
  • Support to implement and manage Pleo
  • Monitor and chase tenancies with rent arrears
  • Provide Agency fees analysis for salaries and monthly management
  • reporting
  • Prepare Quarterly and Annual Non-Resident Landlord returns to HMRC
  • Respond to Landlord and Supplier queries
  • Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with internal colleagues and external and customers
  • Any other duties that may be required

What you'll bring

  • Client Accounting experience essential
  • Reapit experience preferred
  • Good communication
