What's the job and the best thing about it?

In this role you will be responsible for all tenancy progression, including drafting tenancy agreements, requesting move in funds and right to rent checks. This will be based on short lets, but managing no more than 15 at a time. This role will be admin heavy, and involve a lot of paperwork, so the ideal candidate needs to be organised and methodical. You'll be supporting the wider team, which will give you the opportunity to do some viewings around the stunning building.

What makes you the ideal applicant?

  • This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
  • A proven background in Property and/or Administration and a keen interest in property is vital.
  • The successful candidate will work well under pressure, and have the ability to multitask
  • Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience in Outlook and Diary Management
