Our client is looking to hire a Lettings Manager to take ownership of their Market and Intermediate Rent offering - liaising with and overseeing their managing agent, working in partnership with their local authority to identify, qualify and secure appropriate tenants according to their requirements.
This role offers a great range of responsibility within a team that works together to achieve its goals, and so no two days will be the same and you will be able to assist in other areas of the business.
This company are looking for an experienced lettings professional who is motivated to ensure they are running the most efficient lettings process and someone who can bring solutions to difficulties that come up.
