I am working with an established independent Estate Agency who have a strong presence in Shepherds Bush and Acton. Their personal approach has enabled them to build a credible brand in West London where they are proud to be market leaders.
The role & you
My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their established and reputable firm, the role offers autonomy to lead the team and continue growth within the department. You should be confident and able to lead by example. It is vital you demonstrate a natural ability to build rapports with landlords and build upon the current portfolio. You must have a positive and 'can do' attitude as you will be working in a vibrant and fast paced market.
The rewards
- OTE £75k
- Basic Salary- u£30k
- Car allowance - £350pcm
- 1 Saturday per month
- Generous guaranteed salary for 3 months
