Lettings Negotiator Role
Do you have previous lettings negotiator experience or are you looking to get into the property industry?
£20-24K basic salary with an OTE £50-£70k in year 1 with car allowance
Location: Multiple office locations in Central and West London
This new international company has brought an existing London estate agency specialising in residential sales and lettings with 40 years in the business.
They have offices in Central and West London and are looking to expand with another 15 offices by next year.
They are currently under going a period of growth , and as such are looking for negotiators for various offices.
This is a super exciting opportunity to get involved with the business at this stage within their growth plans.
MUST have a driving license and previous lettings experience, an advantage would be in London and therefore have good local knowledge
What will your role as a Lettings Negotiator look like?
Dealing with incoming general and property enquiries
* Arranging viewings and valuations
* Following up viewings and providing vendor feedback
* Conducting accompanied viewings
* Conducting property inspections
* Negotiating lettings
