Lettings Negotiator, Central South London

About you
The successful candidate should have a natural passion for lettings, a determination and hunger to let premium property in some of the most desirable locations. You must have experience as a lettings negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships.
On top of being ambitious, hard working and determined you'll also need to have a great attitude towards your work and exercise a good team spirit within an office environment.
About the role
- Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building strong relationships within local area.
- Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity.
- Accompany all viewings with applicants providing an excellent customer experience.
- Build on existing negotiation skills and focus on tailoring this to individual applicants/clients.
- Maximise opportunities to increase revenue.
- Use CRM system to input data and use accordingly on daily basis.
