Lettings Negotiator (New Build)
I have a really exciting and rare opportunity to join an innovative and fast growing company who's sole focus is new build property. They have a vast network of international clients and are constantly embarking on new projects and industry events.
The role
In the role you will be working across London, you should be experienced with a solid understanding of the industry. The position offers an opportunity to work autonomously, you must be a self starter with an entrepreneurial flair and should recognise opportunities to maximise revenue.
Working within an experienced team you will have access to an array of exceptional stock and will familiarise yourself with various developments across the capital.
You should bring a sparkling attitude and be wiling to work collaboratively, you will be meeting targets whilst delivering an exceptional service.
The rewards
- Basic salary £25k - £32k depending on experience
- 15% commission OTE - £75k plus uncapped
- Expenses budget to cover phone, travel etc
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Saturday (alternate and by appointment)
