Do you want to be part of a fast paced, forward-thinking, high-profile estate agency? Our client are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to assist with an ever-growing portfolio.
Our client believe personality is the key to success and they are looking for someone who will embrace their individuality and bring personality to the lettings negotiator role. A ‘can do’ attitude and lots of energy will determine your success in this role.
Key responsibilities of this Lettings Negotiator include:
- To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
- Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
- Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals, carrying out inventories
- Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
- Helping build the lettings brand
- Various ad hoc duties
What they are looking for?
- Have Estate agency experience
- Any industry relevant qualifications would be advantageous
- Confident, well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Committed to Full Time Hours and Saturday working
