Job description

If you're looking to grow your career in the East London patch look no further…

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. The agency operates across 6 locations across central London already and are looking to strengthen their lettings team in the East London office.

Working alongside an experienced team with the manager operating the patch for over seven years, will give you the opportunity to quickly grow your knowledge within the area.

The company are all for rewarding staff and offer an incentives commission structure on any new business alongside renewals, which is a complete rarity in this field of work. Due to the brands presence and hard work over the years, the vast majority of listings are sole agency agreements meaning more opportunity to get lets agreed compared to loosing out to a competitor.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £60,000 - £70,000. There is a pool car and/or travel allowance provided for this role meaning driving is preferred but for the right candidate not essential.

The ideal candidate:

  • 12 months minimum experience
  • Track record of successful billings
  • A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Working well in a team environment
  • Committed to working weekends
