Lettings Negotiator (1 in 3 Sat) - Are you looking to join a flagship office within Central London?

We have a very exciting opportunity to join one a global brand in their London Bridge office. This multi-branch independent have a fantastic presence across central London for both sales and lettings.

This seat is within their tightknit lettings team, here you will have exposure to a solid learning opportunity amongst highly skilled peers. With offices abroad as well as Central London this role may offer the chance to travel for business generation later down the line.

The agency is independently owned with three offices in central London, London Bridge being the flagship banking north of £700k last year alone. They look to continue their growth path by adding to their already high performing team. With this role you will have the resources and opportunity to quickly progress your career further within the property sector. With all viewings in walking distance no need to drive with this role.

Working Hours and Benefits:

This office operate Monday to Friday and work on a rotation of 1 in 3 Saturdays with a full day in lieu given back for working the Saturday. In correlation to this there is reduced hours on a Saturday.

For the successful individual, basic salary starts from £18,000 - £22,000 plus commissions with OTE's of £55,000 in your first year.
