Lettings Negotiator, Teddington
My client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their rapidly growing office in the heart of Teddington. The brand is one of the most prestigious and recognisable in Real Estate and offers an amazing platform in to the industry.
The Role
You will bring a high energy and willingness to work collaboratively within your team. The principle aim is to organise and conduct viewings and negotiate successful tenancies. It will be vital you ensure a smooth and seamless process whilst providing the best customer service to all clients, applicants and tenants.
Qualify, register and maintain a database of applicants
Conduct accompanied viewings
Negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
You will assist the Lettings Manager and provide ongoing support
Ensure company values and attributes are portrayed to continue as market leader
Create local relationships to be the neighbourhood agent
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the sales team
Property experience is not vital, if you have worked within an Estate Agency environment and are excited by the idea of stepping up to a premium brand this is an ideal prospect. If you have retail or sales experience in a different field and feel ready to embark on a property career this is perfect.
The Rewards & Hours
- Basic salary £22k-£24k depending on experience
- OTE £35k plus
- £3800 car allowance
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Discretionary bonus
- 25 days holidays
