Lettings Negotiator - trainee

Do you want to work for an agent with lots of stock, somewhere you'll be kept busy and learn quickly? Our client have substantial amounts of stock across the South of London and are looking for an aspiring Negotiator.

A typical day includes:

· Conducting viewings

· Managing telephone, walk in and email enquiries across all price ranges.

· Taking ownership of continued applicant care.

· Maintain and deliver exceptional service and standards to existing applicants and clients ensuring regular updates and feedback.

· Keeping informed of market updates and trends.

In return for your skills our client offer a £25k guarantee for 3 months, £20k salary and £45k OTE first year rising after this, £300pm car allowance and other monthly incentives. This is an excellent opportunity to earn commission with lots of stock to let at a great standard.
