I have partnered with a recognised and well respected agent in South West London looking for an aspiring Negotiator. This is a rare opportunity as the role covers both Sales & Lettings. This lovely office is made up of 2 Managers and 2 Negotiators (including this role) along with Admin Support.
A typical day includes:
· Conducting viewings
· Managing telephone, walk in and email enquiries across all price ranges.
· Maintain and deliver exceptional service and standards to existing applicants and clients ensuring regular updates and feedback.
· Keeping informed of market updates and trends.
In return for your skills our client offer a £25k guarantee for 3 months, £20k salary and £45k OTE first year rising after this, £3000 car allowance and other monthly incentives. This is an excellent opportunity to earn commission with lots of stock to let/sell at high standards.
