You will be joining an incredibly experienced team with a wealth of experience and a brand that precedes them. Long established with the largest market share in Wapping you will be joining the leading brand in the local area. The firm provide a focused approach to Real Estate and have a growth plan in place.

The role

You will be working alongside the Lettings Manager offering support in assisting the team. As an experienced negotiator you will be taking the lead and using your initiative to keep on top of all leads, liaising with applicants, tenants and landlords. As a fundamental part of the team you will be responsible for building new relationships and enhancing the existing business. You will work collectively as a team towards your targets and the success of the department.

The rewards

• OTE £50k plus
• Office Hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
• 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm and ½ day in lieu the following week
• Car allowance £3800
• Day off for birthday
• 2 wellness hours per month
