The Role;
- Uphold client's outstanding reputation
- Building a rapport and generating leads
- Meeting and greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service
- To work individually to exceed your targets as well as supporting your team to become the market leader in your area, and meet the overall office target
- To liaise between client and purchaser to negotiate offers to agreement
- Preparing pitch documents to include comparable schedule, map, pricing schedule, scheme plans, comparable particulars
The Person:
- I am looking for a New Homes specialist with 2 + years experience in the industry to take on a new challenge and take your career to the next level.
