Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to work across multiple high end and luxury New Homes schemes.
The Role?
- £35k-£40k basic, £75k-£80k OTE
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
- Every other Saturday required for viewings.
- You will be based at their head office in Maida Vale.
- You'll be working within a team of three and reporting up to the Sales Manager.
About You?
- As the ideal candidate you must have extensive experience in selling New Homes, including off-plan sales. Please note to be considered we will require you to have relevant experience, as this is a part of our clients requirements.
- This experience should include selling across multiple sites and not solely on one site.
- You will be experienced in building and maintaining client relationships.
- You'll be self-motivated, proactive, and eager to drive sales.
- Excellent knowledge of London both geographically and the London New Homes market.
