Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Luxury New Homes Sales Consultant to join the Knightsbridge office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in selling high-end new homes. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients and driving sales of luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Sales Excellence: Market and sell new luxury homes priced between £2 million and £20 million, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
- Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the London property market, particularly prime central areas, to provide insightful advice and drive successful transactions.
- Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the unique features and value propositions of our luxury homes.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Administrative Duties: Manage client communications, prepare sales documentation, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling high-end new homes, with a deep understanding of the London property market.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong familiarity with prime central London areas and market trends.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
