About the Role:
You will manage void apartments by supporting the After Care team. You will invoke a snagging system and oversee the process. Your role will be to overlook the aftercare of luxury apartments by ensuring PQs are raised in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Effectively collaborate across all phases of aftercare
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Provide up to date reporting to all internal and external stakeholders as required
- Develop a system and process to manager void apartments
- Leading the chase on overdue payments
About you:
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral skills
- Experienced in defect management
- Proven experience in customer care roles
- Competent in Microsoft packages
