Maintenance Operative

I am partnered with a top build to rent company who are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team and help keep our facilities running smoothly.

Role Summary

You will assist the maintenance manager in the day to day presentation & maintenance of properties within the company portfolio. To ensure client & colleague safety & comfort at all times. Have a basic knowledge of health & safety, fire safety, & specific trade knowledge of water & heating services, plumbing systems, wet heating systems, & rainwater systems.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• To identify & communicate potential areas for future works
• To complete all paperwork & procedures in set time lines
• To attend all safety briefings/tool box talks
• Adhere to company policies & procedures
• Have basic painting skills
• Able to work alone or as part of a team

Experience & Skills:

• Full clean driving licence
• Construction - Property maintenance related trade
• Good eye for detail
• Evidence of qualifications
• Working in domestic properties
• Working in property management or large scale domestic projects
