🔌 Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, assess needed parts, and ensure general maintenance support.
🎨 Perform basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and other maintenance tasks across communal and resident areas.
🏞️ Contribute to grounds maintenance, keeping outdoor spaces clean, tidy, and appealing.
