Position: Maintenance Handyperson
Location: Birmingham
Salary: From £26,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05:30pm

What You'll Do:
- Safety Checks: Test fire detection systems and emergency lighting monthly.
- Maintenance Requests: Quickly tackle maintenance requests.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency repairs during working hours.
- General Upkeep: Perform various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Gardening: Spruce up gardens every two months.
What You Need:
- Driver's License: Valid and ready to use.
- Skills & Health: Handy skills and good physical condition.
- Independence: Self-starter with excellent time management.
- Safety Savvy: Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
- Detail-Oriented: Eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Local Know-How: Familiar with Birmingham.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance.
