Job description

This Management Accountant position is for an international leading serviced accommodation provider, based in London.

You will be working within a small team on various projects, this role is available due to recent growth.

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Full preparation of management accounts for 4 different entities
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain intercompany reconciliations
  • Rent statements on a monthly basis
  • Multicurrencies
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Working on Xero
  • Cashflow - understand and experience of cashflows essential to drive the growth of the business
  • Maintaining the fixed assets register
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Studying towards a qualification ACCA/CIMA or can be fully qualified

Previous experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential. This role will report directly into the Financial Controller within a team of 6, working well within a team is essential.

Study support is on offer for this position if required.

You must be able to commute into the office 5 days per week.
