Are you currently a Marketing Assistant or an intern somewhere else, carrying out Marketing and administration responsibilities with an interest to explore the property and real estate sector?

My client is an award-winning market leader in the UK Private Rented Sector (PRS) and at the forefront of the Build to Rent (BTR) sector. Their mission is to invest in and provide long-term, purpose-built rental homes nationwide, with people at the heart of everything they do. This role offers incredible growth and invaluable learning as you will be working amongst a very accomplished team with an inspiring Head of Marketing to support your career path.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the set up and performance management and reporting on key property portal accounts
  • Managing the administration of marketing and supporting the Marketing Team to ensure all creative assets are filed and easy to access
  • Manage supplier invoicing and record project marketing expenditure against budgets
  • Procure and manage leasing collateral including: imagery, leasing pack, onsite signage and print advertising
  • Liaising with key suppliers in the compilation of marketing collateral
  • Support monthly reporting and the compilation of Letting and Marketing Strategies
  • Co-ordination of meetings and other administrative tasks as and when required

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:

  • Strong organisational skills including scheduling, personal time management and meeting deadlines
  • A strong team player who is self-motivated, industrious and works well under pressure
  • Collaborative and considerate
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to spot mistakes and correct where needed
  • Highly computer literate - good skills with Microsoft products (Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Enthusiastic creative thinker and problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Good and confident communicator
  • Professional and hardworking
