Have you got marketing experience working within property? Fancy working for one of the biggest names in property for developing high quality mixed-use regeneration projects across the capital?

My client is known for reshaping former industrial areas with colourful places to live, work and play. Striving to deliver sustainable new developments across some of London's most desirable locations. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team.

The role:

This Marketing Executive will encompass the full marketing mix to support the wider marketing team. The role will involve working on a variety of tasks to successfully coordinate and deliver development launches across the year.

Some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager to assist with both online and offline marketing collateral
  • Assisting with event organisation and management
  • Delivering email campaigns
  • Update and monitor their development website
  • Assist in the delivery of show homes and communal spaces
  • Management of all social media channels
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials for launch events

About you:

The ideal candidate will have 2 year's experience in marketing within the property industry. They will be proactive, innovative and be confident in their marketing ability.

  • A proactive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative
  • Degree in marketing or marketing qualifications
  • 2 year's experience in a Marketing role within the property industry (developer / residential preferred)
