Job description

Marketers with Real Estate experience only please - ideally 1 year minimum. This will be a 9-month fixed term contract until July 2023.

The company, based in Essex, is a leading national house builder with a clear purpose to deliver great homes and thriving communities. They aim to be the land buyer and residential developer that everyone wants to work with, and they care about building quality homes, whilst also contributing to local authorities to help support the community.


Some key responsibilities:
* Coordinate the production, accuracy and content of all marketing communications including integrated campaigns and email sends via creative, media and PR agencies.
* Weekly maintenance of the development web pages to reflect sales activity.
* Act as CRM Lead for marketing; use the system effectively to create, monitor and send all campaigns.
* Act as Social Media Lead, answering queries as set out in the Social Media Guidelines.
* Deliver a consistent brand experience across all channels, using templated creative guidance and best practice guidance.
* Ensure the effective implementation throughout the lifecycle of all developments.
* Review effectiveness and ROI of campaigns using standard monthly reports and online analytic tools.

The ideal candidate will be personable, CIM qualified, or degree educated, with strong project management skills, good copywriting abilities, understand customer segmentation, Facebook and Google marketing products and be passionate about property!
