What are we looking for...?
We’re looking for a creative, digital savvy and intuitive individual to join the communications department. We are looking for 12-18 months experience in a marketing role and a ‘can-do’ attitude who is passionate and has knowledge on all aspects of communications, marketing and PR. You'll need excellent written skills & a flair for creative writing! If you are keen to learn about the global property industry, how to market strategic recruitment and gain some serious skills, we want to learn a little bit more about you.

Key responsibilities:
- Produce monthly marketing reports and data findings
- Manage the social media accounts and content calendar (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Drive writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, email marketing and other platforms
- Support the creation of content – video, written, graphics and podcasts
- Support with promotion and execution of internal and external events
- Support with internal communications strategy
Skills and experience:
- 12-18 months experience in a marketing role
- A marketing degree or equivalent is desired
- A strong can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A creative flare, and the confidence to put your ideas forward
- Learning mindset and desire to grow; resilience and openness to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills – ability to produce copy and proof read is essential
- Demonstrable experience of working within a dynamic and challenging marketing environment with tight deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of using Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, CMS and CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
