A boutique company located in the most prominent location in London, my client is looking for a Marketing Lead to join their team.
This agency specialises in residential and commercial property investments as well as property management related services. Not only serving the London property market but are also engaged with real estate activities in international markets. This is an extremely exciting opportunity - one not to miss!
The role:
Reporting to and working directly with the Head of Production, this Marketing Executive will encompass the full marketing mix. The role will involve working on a variety of tasks, with a strong digital focus on social media management, SEO optimisation and improving Social and Google Ads.
Some key responsibilities of the role:
- Researching and analysing the market with other local and overseas competitors
- Management of all social media channels
- Producing creative, innovative, and forward-thinking ideas
- Several copywriting tasks, including help with writing scripts, storyboards, and social media posts
- Assisting on and delivering marketing campaigns
- Working on SEO optimisation
- Update and monitor their website
About you:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in marketing within the property industry. They will have knowledge in Google and Paid Social Ads, with SEO optimisation skills as a benefit.
- Knowledge in Google & Paid Social Ads
- Strong copywriting skills
- Design skills preferred
- Creative and innovative
- Degree in marketing or marketing qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a Marketing role within the property industry preferred or minimum 4 years' experience in a Marketing role
- Be highly organised and driven
My client is open to level. For a Marketing Executive, the salary is between £35-40,000. For Marketing Manager, the salary is between £40-50,000.
