Lettings Negotiator Position - Central London - MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY

A complete rarity to be a part of a forward thinking independent boutique agency. This agency is looking to continue growth plans by adding a Lettings Negotiator to there already high performing Lettings team.
This well-established brand has been dominating the central London market for over four decades and have an impressive track record of successful billings alongside a healthy portfolio of managed stock.
Working for an independent brand gives the said negotiator a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. Within the day to day role you will have access to the premium end of the market working luxury stock and dealing with high net worth individuals.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary between £20,000 - £22,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £50,000. The working pattern for this position a five day working week MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
The ideal candidate:
- 12 months minimum experience as a lettings negotiator
- Track record of successful billings
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
