We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a team at a well-known financial services company in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients and ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, including guidance on mortgage products, rates, and terms
• Assess clients' financial situations and determine the best mortgage options based on their needs and goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners, including estate agents, solicitors, and financial planners
• Ensure that all mortgage applications are processed efficiently and effectively, and that all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to provide the most current and accurate advice to clients
• Collaborate with other members of the team, including administrative staff and underwriters, to ensure the efficient processing of mortgage applications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage products, rates, and terms
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Full CeMAP qualification is essential
