Job description
We are seeking a proactive, immediately available Multi Skilled Trades-person with expertise in painting, decorating, and mastic work to join a busy residential project in East London. As a Multi Skilled Trades-person, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the aesthetics of various surfaces, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring a high-quality finish in high-end residential units. Your proficiency in painting, decorating, and mastic application will be essential to the success of this role.
You will be expected to handover 4-6 units a week which are finished to the highest of standards. Our client is looking for two candidates who can start immediately. You will have ideally worked on volume, projects in the passed and worked to strict time scales.
- Working hours 7:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Saturday : 7:30am to 1:30pm (paid for the whole day)
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Handyman with a focus on painting, decorating, and mastic work.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in mastic application and repairs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
