This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
- £35000 - £39,178 minumum basic salary with yearly salary appraisals.
- Roaming remote role: you will be based on site, in the office or home - depending on your day.
- Petrol reimbursement plus £1800 per annum car allowance.

What is a New Homes PreSales Executive, and is this the right role for me?
- As a Roaming New Homes PreSales Executive, you will play the vital role in ensuring new build homes - whether in shared ownership, open market, and London Living Rent - are fit for purpose before move-in.
- You will have a keen eye for detail and be a stickler for quality. You are customer-service focused and this shines through in your relationship building skills.
- Previous knowledge of conveyancing or confidence dealing with solicitors in any of the following roles:
- new homes sales executive/negotiator
- sales progressor
- estate agency and/or lettings
- property management
What is essential?
- Access to your own car and clean driving license
- Previous experience working in property management, sales or equivalent
- Flexibilty to work between sites in the South West of England, London office and your own home
Working days + hours:
- Monday- Friday, 9 - 6pm
- Please note: you may be asked to work the occasional Saturday. If so, this will be requested in advance and another day off given in lieu.
