Job Title: New Business Lead Consultant
Location: London (Office-based) Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary: £30,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a New Business Lead Consultant for our client based in central London who are in hyper-growth phase and looking to bulk out their experienced team..
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key part in generating new leads and securing property agreements.
You will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, managing relationships with estate agents, and ensuring compliance across all processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for real estate, and a desire to help secure housing for tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through market research and data mining
- Pitching to estate agents both in person and over the phone
- Booking property appraisals for Lettings Consultants
- Covering property appraisals during staff absences
- Creating 'property teasers' post-appraisal
- Negotiating and drafting Rent Agreements
- Ensuring all compliance standards are met
- Liaising with property management to onboard new properties
