Job description

Do you have previous experience of working in the public and private housing sector and looking for a hybrid role?

Days + hours: Monday - Friday, hybrid working, 9- 5pm.

Office: Stratford

Pay: Equivalent to £28000 per annum (paid hourly rate) plus holiday. Paid weekly.

When not based in the office in Stratford, as an Aftercare Coordinator you will:

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.
  • Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build, shared ownership homes.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
