Pay: up to £33000 per annum
Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 9- 5pm.
Office: Waltham Abbey, North East London

As a new homes Aftercare Coordinator you will:
- Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, to time frame.
- Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build, shared ownership homes.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties e.g answering the phones, filing and any other tasks that may be needed.
