Are you looking for immediate work in the new homes sector?
Looking Monday - Friday full time work on a temporary basis whilst you secure a permanent position?
Are you based in or around the West London Area?
Benefits:
- £25 - 28k basic (paid as an hourly rate = £11.00 - £13.00 p.h after tax).
- Holiday pay is accrued for every hour you work.
- No weekends.
- Weekly pay.
What does it entail?
Shifts will be 10 - 6pm, based in the marketing suite, Monday - Friday.
You will be supporting a busy sales team with upcoming completions, so the knowledge and/or ability to work to pace with any experience in this area is a huge plus.
You will need to be confident talking to any new registrants over the phone and taking bookings, as well as being computer literate.
You may even conduct viewings where needed, and assist in showing any new homes via a floor-plan and/or models.
