Job description

Role: Customer Care/Defects Coordinator (Aftercare) within New Homes.
Working Days: Mon-Fri 8;30am-5;30pm
Location: Head Office Stansted, WFH 1-2 days a week, travel to South London when necessary (travel expenses reimbursed)
Position: Temp to Perm Assignment, initial rolling temporary position with the view to go permanent.
Salary: £26-£32k
Start Date: ASAP

Do you have experience in New Homes Customer Care, dealing with defects within Property? Are you interested in working for a highly renowned house builder in East Anglia?

I am working with an established Customer Care team, who are responsible for resolving any customer issues of those who have moved into their New Homes, dealing primarily with defects before and until after the 2 year warranty period.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Involved from pre-completions through to the end of the 2 year warranty period, overseeing a site of 300 units.
  • Handle customer queries to deliver a right-first-time repairs service.
  • Liaise with appropriate departments/contractors to ensure customer queries are resolved and defect repairs are scheduled efficiently.
  • Visit site from time to time (based in South London) - experienced driving is a must.

You must have:

  • Experience within New Homes After-Care specialising with defects is essential.
  • Construction/build knowledge is entirely necessary.
  • Experience dealing with a high level of inbound calls.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient use of MS office packages, and Dynamic.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid UK Driver's license.
