The Company:

My client, who is a multiple award-winning private developer is looking for an experienced New Homes Customer Care Coordinator to join their vibrant team of skilled professionals to be based primarily in their development in North West London!

The Role:

  • Be the friendly face and voice of the company, assisting new homeowners
  • Coordinate post-sale services, ensuring every detail is just right (Handling post completion defects)
  • Accountable for aftercare snagging and home walk through's
  • Liaising with contractors and ensuring everything is logged correctly and efficiently

The Person:

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Manage multiple and remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working on a new homes scheme
