The Role:

  • To be responsible for providing customer service to buyers post purchase of properties worth up to £18 million!
  • This role is to replace someone who is stepping up within the business, this company loves to promote from within where possible so a great opportunity for future career progression!
  • Main responsibilities for defect resolution and dealing with a wide range of enquiries.
  • Up to £32k basic salary
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

The Person:

  • This candidate needs to have very strong customer service skills (experience in property customer service preferred but no essential)!
  • Previous experience in residential property sales progression
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
