Customer Care Advisor - Central London Prime Developments

The Role:
- To be responsible for providing customer service to buyers post purchase of properties worth up to £18 million!
- This role is to replace someone who is stepping up within the business, this company loves to promote from within where possible so a great opportunity for future career progression!
- Main responsibilities for defect resolution and dealing with a wide range of enquiries.
- Good work life balance - Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
The Person:
- This candidate needs to have very strong customer service skills (experience in property customer service preferred but no essential)!
- Experience handling defects would be ideal.
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
