Job Description:
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with a can-do attitude looking to work on a stunning new development in South East London? We are working with an award-winning developer who is expanding their sales team, seeking an ambitious individual to sell a luxury development in an enviable location. This scheme is launching imminently and has already had a huge amount of interest pre-launch domestically and internationally, due to the desired location and quality of the product.
The right candidate is someone that would like to work for one of London’s leading developers, who strives to excel and delivers exceptional customer service. You will have a proven track record of sales, ideally inclusive of off-plan, and have experience offering a luxury experience and customer journey. Strong customer facing skills and a positive approach are therefore key, and you must share their passion for the industry.

Job Requirements:
· New Homes sales experience preferred but not essential
· Results orientated and tenaciously self-motivated
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
· Reporting into Senior Sales Manager
· Assume responsibility for resolving customer’s issues efficiently
· Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
· Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
· Liaising with various agents and international buyers
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Flexibility to work weekends
What they are offering:
Basic up to £28,000 with an OTE of £45,000+
