My client is looking for a New Home Sales Associate to join their dynamic team and be a part of the exciting world of new home sales. As a Sales Associate with you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional home-buying experience to our customers.

- Up to £31K on the basic, £45k OTE
- 10am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:.
- Conduct viewings of show homes and showcase the features and benefits of properties.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
- Progress all sales.
About You:
- Proven experience in new homes sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as required.
