deverellsmith are working with a boutique, privately owner London developer to find a motivated sales broker to join the team and sell across their portfolio.
The Company:
They are a progressive business with a design led approach focusing on place making, quality and community. They have an impressive track record of projects across London with 2 more launches within the next 6 months.
They are a small, close team with the opportunity to expand your reach and develop your skill set.
The Role;
- They are seeking a sales person to sell across their portfolio of New Homes developments as well as leasing properties in their leasing portfolio
- This is an autonomous role where you can plan your own diary, the role is 5 days per week and if you have to book viewings at the weekends, you can take a day back in lieu
- Up to £35k basic (OTE £55k)
The Person:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in both lettings and sales with exposure to New Homes sales
- You will be able to confidently guide a buy through an off-plan sales process
- You will be driven and operate at the top of your field
- You will be driven to earn money and create a long term career
