Impeccable customer service skills are prerequisite whilst working in their exquisite sales and marketing suite and joining a very lucrative team within a fast-paced environment. You must understand the intricacies of selling prime property, holding an impressive sales track record within New Homes.

Job Requirements:
· 3+ years New Homes sales experience critical
· Well presented with exceptional people skills
· Impeccably organised
· Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development
· Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
· Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
· Assume responsibility for resolving customer’s issues efficiently
· Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
· Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
· Liaising with various agents and international buyers
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
What they are offering:
Basic of £30,000 - £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000 +
